Daniela has been part of the New York City dance scene since the late '90s. She DJs clubs and festivals, produces her own music, and has produced large-scale parties and a festival. Real house, techno and rave classics, with kid remixes sprinkled in.
Sound system, lights, props, setup and cleanup. Your space, your people. We bring the rest. And it's not drop-off: grown-ups dance with their kids.

Mini Rave is woman-owned and women-operated, and many of our MCs, face painters and magicians run their own small businesses. Your party supports them too.

We send the link to the party organizer. The playlist closes 3 days before the party. Spotify playlist only, no requests on the day, please. Clean edits only. The birthday kid's favorite song gets a spotlight moment.

Sign a short agreement and pay a 50% deposit.

Add songs on Spotify until 3 days before. Balance due a week before.

We arrive early, set up, rave, and clean up.
📝 Your agreement
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due a week before. Neither is refundable.
Cancel 30+ days out and we move your deposit once, to a new date within 6 months. Cancel 8–29 days out and you lose only the deposit.
Tell us at least 48 hours ahead and we'll reschedule once, free.
If Daniela is ever sick, a trusted DJ from our crew steps in. Rather cancel? You get a full refund.
We ask that you arrange a convenient parking spot so we can load in and out. If parking must be paid for, the cost is added to your final bill. Please tell us about stairs and elevators.
Add 30-minute blocks ahead, or on the day if the crew can stay: $300 / $400 / $500, by package.
📸 We'd love to share party moments on Instagram. Your agreement asks your permission, and you can always say no.

💛 Who we are
Created by Daniela, the Founder (and DJ!) behind Tiny Rave.
Former professor turned corporate girlie, turned full-time entrepreneur, creative producer and DJ.
Her first job was in a daycare at 16, and she was a nanny too. Little ones are her people.
At 21 she was working in an NYC record store, learning to DJ on vinyl. Music is her life.
For the last 7 years, she has produced large-scale parties and raves, and was music director and stage designer of a festival.

We partner with other women-owned small businesses, so many of your entertainers run their own.

A clear floor for kids and grown-ups, indoors or out.
One regular power outlet within 25 ft of where the DJ sets up. We bring a surge protector and a 25 ft extension cord.
We ask that you arrange a convenient parking spot so we can load in and out. If parking must be paid for, the cost is added to your final bill. Please tell us about stairs and elevators.
Sound stays kid-safe. Little ones under 1 will likely be happiest in ear defenders.

Have an indoor backup spot ready and we'll move the party inside. Outdoors, we'll need one outlet within 25 ft of the DJ booth.
Your quote is your total, no hidden fees. Pay by Zelle, Venmo or ACH bank transfer. Only parking, extra time and travel outside our area can add to it.
Food and drink are yours to plan, or add simple kids' snacks and drinks for $20 a kid.
Cancel 30+ days out and we'll move your deposit once to a new date. Birthday kid sick? We'll reschedule once. The full policy is in "Your agreement" above.
